Jessica and Kai are so kind and efficient. I love being greeted with Beans Beans Beans, it's so cute and makes me smile every time. They both should be promoted to store trainers/managers as they both have excellent customer service, integrity, , and are knowledgeable in products and fail operations! Please acknowledge them and recognize them for all that they do. I would hire both of them so if you want to keep them you may want to give them a raise to lock them in.
I always get our coffee from this store, and always find it very satisfying and refreshing first thing in the morning, the people that works here are super awesome, CONNOR, KHAI, SIMON, this people really love their job and care about customer satisfaction, i dont have enough stars to give this place, and I highly recommend this place to anyone, we been coming here for years and it will be for many more , i just hope that someone knew about this awesome place to enjoy their coffee and food whit super cool people .
I don’t go to any other beans and brews except here, Jessica and Ky make my drink perfect every time and give me the best recommendations which is where I found my favorite breakfast sandwich turkey swiss and avocado.
Update: I’m not sure if they spoke with the team but the last 2 times I went service has been amazing and no bitter coffees! I went to buy my usual order and the coffee was horrible. It tasted really dark and burnt. I asked for a Mr bs and it did not taste like one at all. I felt like it was a waste of my money
I'm usually not a big Beans and Brews girl but this is the closest coffee shop to my work, I always have time to run there on a 15 to get a quick drink. I've worked on homework in the lobby too and it's always clean and quiet! Never gotten my drink wrong and the staff are so nice. There's a Barista in the morning who always says "Beans, Beans, Beans" over the intercom and that always makes me smile.
Jess and Ky never disappoint always the fastest and most happiest when I go in. Thank you for always making at my experience a good one.
Ahhh, my experience here today was absolutely a breath of fresh air! These two truly made my day! I LOVE B&B anyway, but Ben & Payne were delightful! The first time I was by today, I ended up spilling my entire drink in my car. When I returned to tell them what had happened, they informed me that my payment hadn’t gone through and we tried it again and it was successful! It’s crazy how the world works like that! They remade my drink and, I am super grateful for them today.
Been coming to this location for years and I've never been disappointed!
